Preparing Well: on the day of your appointment, please arrive with a clean face, free of any makeup or skincare products.
- 1 week prior avoid taking blood-thinning medications (aspirin or ibuprofen) as these can increase the risk of bleeding during the procedure. Avoid waxing, threading, performing electrolysis, topical acne cream.
- 2 weeks prior avoid tanning, IPL, any facials, microdermabrasion.
- 3 weeks prior avoid retinols, acids, peels.
- 4-6 weeks avoid any botox and filler.
- 8 weeks prior avoid laser face resufacing, laser PMU removal.
If clients want to tint their eyebrows they can do it 3 to 4 days before the treatment.

MICROBLADING IS NOT RECOMENDED to the clients who are:

-Pregnant or breastfeeding
-Under the age of 18
-Prone to Keloid scars
-Conditions/blood related diseases or treatments causing immune deficiency (chemotherapy at least six months from last chemotherapy session to book an appointment), cancers, infectious diseases, Hemophilia or any other bleeding/blood disorders.
-Dermatitis, Dermatoses, Infections in eyebrow/eye region
-Other disises/disorders (Rheumatoid Athritis, Lupus, Macule, Angiomas, Psoriasis, Urticaria, Malignant Melanoma, Basal Cell Carcinoma, (Diabetes - provide physician consent), Fifths disease, Tinea-ringworm, Blisters, Spider vains on the eyebrow area, prone to Herpes, Hepatitis)
-Allergies to nickel, jewelry (eg earrings), lidocaine, epinephrine tetracaine, prilocaine, or betacaine. All allergies need to be disclosed going forward.
-A full list of medication/vitamins/supplements need to be listed as some medications can cause excessive bleeding during the treatment and may lead to poor healing and damage. Such as warfarin, aspirin, vitamin A.
-Under the influence of drugs and alcohol (consumption up to 24hours before your treatment will make the treatment void).
-Previous permanent make up on the brow area unless the density of colour is less than 30% and has faded into a brown/grey color and over 6 months old.
-Used Accutane in the last year, Used Retin A in the past 6 months.
-Any other steroids such as cortisone or Renova etc.
-Super-sensitive skin, Oily Skin, Porphyria. Any disease/disorder/symptoms that cause shaking, twitching, or erratic/sudden movement.
-Flu, sick, cold please avoid treatment until resolved.

Before Booking:
If you have the previous Microblading done, please text or email us a clear/visible photo of your eyebrows before your initial appointment. It will be considered corrective work.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
A $50 deposit is required to book and confirm your appointment excluding the first touch-up sessions. The deposit will be deducted from your overall cost and will be transferred to a new date when rescheduling. Should you need to change or cancel your session date, we require 72hrs notice and in order for you not to lose your deposit. For more details please refer to the cancellation policy section.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
When an appointment is booked, we reserve a room and a time specifically for you. For this reason, we require 72 hours notice of cancellation, for a confirmed appointment. $25 service charge will be applied for insufficient notice.
